I am looking for submissions for a new project we are developing here at the ministry.
This project will be geared toward stay-at-home moms and we are interested in Christian articles, poems, inspirational stories and devotionals.
The topics we are looking for include:
- Marriage
- Romance
- Motherhood
- Mothers in ministry
- Blended families (what works and what doesn’t)
- Money saving tips
- Short humor pieces
- Book reviews
- Personal testimonies of God’s work in your life
We are open to other ideas that prove beneficial for SAHM’s
ALL SUBMISSIONS SHOULD BE GEARED FOR STAY AT HOME MOMS
Please note the following:
Writer’s retain copyright to all work submitted.
All material must include sound Biblical teaching (not preaching)
Material should not include doctrinal slants of a particular religion.
All material must be original (never published) OR permission must be obtained from writer and/or publisher and included with the submission.
Please feel free to submit a brief bio and picture to be included in the publication
Submissions may be sent by e-mail with “SAHM Submission/topic” in the subject line to melissahowell@mchsi.com or by snail mail to:

This will be a trial publication and promotional tool for the ministry, so monetary payment is not available at this time. You will receive 5 free issues of the completed project if your work is chosen.
Please limit submissions to 2 single spaced pages
Be sure to include ALL contact information: name, address, phone, e-mail, etc…
Please be patient with replies, staff is limited and this project is in the beginning stages of development. If your piece is chosen you will be notified with further details.
Submissions must be received by Oct. 10, 2004.
