Hmmm.....If you want something free, try Googling photography software, download a few, and see if you can find one you like.

I use the Gimp, an open source program that could do what you want. Unfortunately, it is about as easy to learn as brain surgery.

you could use a dtp program to create a page of Photos and then have them blown up to the size you had in mind.

DQ, If you're going to have this framed anyway, why not let the framers do it? We had a very large collage done of family pictures for my mother's funeral. Just a thought.
