"Delay is not denial"
In other words, just because God makes us wait for a while, doesn't mean He's not going to grant our prayers. I found this particularly meaningful to the life of a writer trying to get published.
Just my thought for the day !thumbsup!

Remember Joseph and the vision God gave him as a young man. It took a while but God saw it through. Praise God and thank you for that word of encouragement!!

I'm sure that you have heard of the story of the woman who prayed for twenty years for her husband to saved. One night, in a revival meeting, he stood and gave his heart and life to Christ.
The preacher asked the woman later what she thought would have happened if she had stopped praying at nineteen years. She replied that she just had to have a lot of patience. The husband overheard this and, when they returned home, he told her that it was watching all those years of her undying patience that turned his heart to Christ.
It is so hard to wait on an answer to prayer and yet, it is often possible that God will use that very waiting and the things that result from it, like patience, to answer the prayer itself.
