Virtual worlds

Anyone know any good games out there where you can build your own town or own little part of the world. I'm curious if there is any good free Virtual World games.

i don't want to get into the wrong crowd. i just like things like this i used to play simm town a lot. it was fun and i have a couple virtual pets too on myspace.

any suggestions on a good place to check one out.

Go for the Sims series! My daughter has used a lot of their programs. They're great fun. There is also a site that will help you with cheats and ways to open up other elements that the games don't tell you about.
