I began having trouble swallowing a few months ago.
I'm going to the Dr. on Tuesday.

There have been a lot of fearful thoughts going through my head. I'm trying to just focus on what God's word says rather than listen to the thoughts.

I would appreciate your prayers.

In Him,
(who delivers us)

Tiata, Just remember that the Lord didn't give you a spirit of fear. Walk in faith. Refuse any negative thinking. I'll be praying for you. Give us an update after the appointment. May the Lord give you peace.

Yes try not to listen to the fear talking and talk back to it if you must. Lord please bless Tiata with lots of mercy love and peace of mind, help her to know that you are in charge of her life and that you are bigger than any mountain or trial that comes out way in Jesus name amen & amen.

remind me as often as you like if you want prayer. I won't mind a bit.

"Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength. it does not enable us to escape evil. It makes us unfit to face evil when it comes. It is the interest you pay on trouble before it comes." Corrie ten Boom

Hugs Tiata. Let us know how it goes tomorrow!

This is an absolute longshot, but it just might be what is needed. I have a recording studio, and a chiropractor had me put a tape to cd, and it was on Magnesium deficiency. In that tape, it stated that there needs to be a balance of calcium to magnesium. Ie, if you take the standard cal, mag, zinc supplement, you would need to take another 3 tablets of magnesium, because Calcium tightens up the muscles, and the magnesium relaxes the muscles. So maybe your throat muscles are tightening up, because your not getting enough mag. I know it has helped my hypertension, and my emotions, because of tight muscles in the back. It sure can't hurt, or it could be a pinched nerve in the neck or upper back. Praying for the release of God's healing power from the crown of your head, to the balls of your feet. He is still on the throne.

Thank you all so much for praying with/for me about this! Praise you Father!!

All is well !thumbsup!

My dear sweet Christian Dr. says the problem is "arthritis" like. I LOL! People with rheumatoid arthritis get it (wondering if I can work that into a mystery somewhere LOL)... although I don't have rheumatoid arthritis.

He is running some bloodwork but says there are no abnormalities.

In Him,
(who gives us joy in the morning)

Soar, thank you for this information. I am certainly going to look into this. It sounds like it might be helpful!

Hmmmm... and I do have a possible pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck area. I never thought that it could be connected.

You have given me much to think on.
