Mexico Bound

Hi to you all,

Just wanted everyone to know that I am leaving for Mexico this afternoon. In just a few hours, I'll be joining my church group, and part of my family on a ten day trip down south. Please keep me and my group in your prayers.
I thought you'd like to know so you didn't wonder what happened to me! lol.
I'll be back on the 14th of June but probably won't get online till another day or so later.

Hi guys... and girls!

I am back from Mexico. It was an incredible trip without a doubt and absolutely lifechanging. Thanks to all of you for your prayers and well wishes. My outlook on life is different now. I am amazed over and over at the mercies of a loving God. Wow!

The trip was incredible. God truly used us to be a blessing to the people down there. I made many new friends and met So many people. God is moving in Mexico among the people down there in amazing ways. It was incredible!

Hey glad you are back, been busy myself lately. Glad you had fun and was a blessing to those people down there.

I've looked across the border to Mexico many times. I wish more of the hard working good people could come over here legally. But i always told hubby for every hard working Mexican that came over I'd like to send them a lazy American that won't work and would never risk so much to be able to work.

Unfortunately, it's much more complicated than it just being illegal. If my father hadn't come here illegally, his family would still be living in devastation, and my family wouldn't exist.

I teeter in two worlds on this subject, because I understand that it's not just a matter of "it's illegal and that's all there is to it". People here in America brake the law everyday, we litter and speed and think nothing of it, but when it comes to a desperate people who are in need, some of us refuse to see anyside of it but the law.

Anyway, sorry didn't mean to change the subject...Haha.

Pajarita,

After having been down there, I've seen the absolute destitution many of the people live in down there. I understand in a major way why so many come across the border illegaly now. It makes better sense to me. I'm not saying what they are doing is right, but I do understand better WHY they do it. They have a good reason. I'm not talking about the ones that come, and are willing to work hard and give their best to America, even learning English and SPEAKING it. No, I'm talking about the ones that come here illegaly and then expect to be fed, when they won't work, and live on wellfare and also bring drugs across and sell them here. I know what I'm talking about.

I'm thankful for one illegal Immigrant the Dog Whisperer he came here like that illegally his story is that of many I assume. But look what he has done with his life.
