Okay, I haven't read this book yet. But the Relief Writers blog makes it sound like something I want to check out.

It does sound like an excellent book to pick up.

Oh, Merry Merry. I've known some of this for quite a while and am thoroughly convinced we, as "exhibiting" Christians (as opposed to the closet kind), need to overhaul our projection of Christ in our lives...most definitely in the area of love and acceptance of others, especially unbelievers, though not condoning a lifestyle that doesn't fit with scripture. (Did that make sense?) I really look forward to reading this book. Thank you for posting this.

I know, it sounds really cool! You know, I have a story sitting over at the Relief Journal called Hypocrite, it's awaiting review, but I thought, Man, that sounds like the background research for my story...either that or I guess they could have just gone to work for my old boss....

I stumbled across the book, and bought it becasue it was so well-reviewed. I haven't read the whole thing yet, but so far it an excellent book. I bought it partly because of its relevance to my age group (I'm eighteen), and by reading it, I'm already more sensitive and understanding toward outsiders.
I don't know if I'm qualified to recommend the book since I haven't finished it, but I'll do it anyway.
