There, I see it
Hiding within the depths of my heart
The evil man has known
The evil man has always shown
It shows it's ugly head wherever I do not want it to be
This desire within my heart.
No chance, no hope. Not within this dank and foul place.
I just want to go back, and make it right from the start.
The light came into the darkness, but the darkness did not understand.
Pointless words of advice, cannot ever suffice for this anguish I'm in.
Look out to the world below and shout from the windows above
There's no hope for us all, doomed to a world without love.
A strange feeling and a piercing light
The darkness squirms and shreiks
The sounds of war, a vicious fight
Demons wail, and devils roar.
The Son of Man has won this war over the darkness.
