I've hesitated to write this, because I'm supposed to be keeping secret that a particular piece of mine is one of the five finalists in its genre in the Genesis contest at the ACFW website.

Since the genre winners won't be announced until September, I have to keep mum lest I unwittingly influence whoever it is judging my piece. I really don't want to be disqualified simply because I can't keep my excitement contained.

But I can't keep my excitement contained!!!

So, anyone who's read ****** and supported me in my efforts, please know: I'm one of five finalists!!!!! :D
