Trademarked colors (or colours if you prefer)

I was reading a news article about T Mobile complaing someone else is using the color Magenta. And someone mentioned in one of the repsonses that UPS trademarked Brown.

What do you guys think of this? Name some other companies that trademark colors.

Well, let's just say I have no intention of putting (TM) behind "brown" whenever I use it in a story. :rolleyes:
