Jacks, MelW - thought this might be something you two would want to look at. If this works like I think it does you can just access the same document (don't know if it's locked when one would have it open), instead of having to shuttle stuff back and forth in email, etc.

I use this for work (well, it's not the exact thing, but it's the same thing...know what I mean?). We just call it the IDE, and use it to collaborate with a company in San Antonio. It's very useful, and results for the collaboration are quick.

yes, you have to sign up through MS office and then there is a site to add / share / deolete docs etc.
