Blessings from me, too! We had a few snowflakes as well! All of the kid cousins - 7 under the age of 7 - out running around in great-grandmother's yard looking for plastic eggs as it snowed! Very weird! Hope your day was exceptionally meaningful!

The Lord is good..Even though He was rejected, betrayed, and renounced, He overcame death and the grave! Now, we have the same privilege. Though man rejects us, betrays us, we are yet overcomers. By His making a way, He is opened up the door for us to be overcomers of death and the grave as well. We are truly blessed beyond measure!

Your post made me think about the 4 services I was at over the weekend... our church has a tradition where one of the pastor's on Easter will proclaim, "He is Risen!" and the whole church responds "He is Risen indeed!". :) Made me smile.

Happy Easter to everyone! It didn't snow in my neck of the woods (though there was the threat of it) but it was bitterly cold. Windy, hovering just above freezing all day. It would be strange hunting Easter eggs in the snow, though...
