Gothic Veggie Tale?

___I wander what a Goth Veggie Tale would be like. Larry would be a pickle with a chain wallet, Bob would have his stem pierced... ok maybe this is a bad idea. I love Goth stuff, but Veggie Tale Goth may be too much for people. I could just hear the songs now...

I just can't see how people can see the Bible as sissy-stuff. I've never seen more powerful words in my life- then in the Bible. Not even the worst vampire movie could come close to what God did, does and will do. Rivers shell be blood... can you imagine that?

I don't see anything wrong with Gothic Veggie Tales, so long as they're not biting the heads off of bats.

Dang it! I hate it when I do what I just did! I read Angel's post, thought it was a great, but on the tail end of that thought, "what if it puts people off?"
Oh wahhh, where are they going to go? Hell number two? And did you hear Angel's enthusiasm? Man, it's enough to make you want to slip on the armour, strap on the sword and ride. Pray for me, I'm wound too tight.

And yeah, I know all about watching out for the 'weaker brother,' but how much more powerfully would the Word move if we concentrated on being Spirit-lead rather than continuing to allow ourselves to be dragged about by the expectations of Christian culture. So there. :p

Though, as someone who helps with the youth at church, the more I think about it, the more I realize that a lot of kids would be VeggieTales fanatics if they DID bit the heads off a few bats every now and then. :eek:

Initially, the idea elicted a hearty belly laugh. Upon closer reflection, however, I had to consider: do I really want my dear sweet innocent little nieces getting belly rings and tats 'cause Larry's got 'em?!? I think not! :p
