Standing next to God (quiz)

My husband doesn't want to join a forum but every once in awhile he thinks of something he wants to input. Here is his latest...

Question:

If you were standing next to God which way would you have to turn to look at Him? And Why?

I've always picture myself, when able to stand and walk with Him, on His left. I have no idea why. I know when I walk with my husband, I feel more comfortable with Him on my right. When we walk down a street, he usually makes me walk on the inside - his left - to protect me from traffic on his right. That's probably why I've developed that.

But the large majority of the time I think about looking at God - it's looking up - not sideways at all.

I said something similar to you Lucia but I said the right and only chose it because I always think of good being on the right. I'll warn ya, this is kind of a tricky question he's come up with :)

Fun! I'd have to turn to my left to look at Him. I'm assuming you want to know why I would turn that way and not why I would look at Him, right? I would have to turn that way because I would be standing on His right side, next to Jesus. The right side being the place of honor. The repentant thief on the cross was also on Jesus' right.

No no, that's fine... others can still try and guess before scrolling down. I just thought it was wonderful how quickly the right answer came to your mind. I was totally thinking technical and didn't get it!
