Shortly after my father got custody of me and my sister he sat us down at the table. We didn't have much. Dad had just come home from CA where he had surgery and had been living on the streets. Anyway we didn't have much and he introduced us to something called Hobo Stew. I thought I'd share the recipe with all of you.
Hobo Stew
Take all the leftovers you have in the fridge and throw them into a pot. Heat thoroughly. And enjoy.
I still like to give Dad a hard time for the stew he put together that night. It had peanut butter, mashed potatoes, a few veggies, I think it had some meat and who knows what else. It was interesting. LOl
