Mushroom Casserole
1 lb. frest mushrooms, cut into thin slices
1/4 c. butter
Mix together and let stand 1 hr.
1 T. grated onion
1/2 t. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 T. flour
Saute mushrooms in butter. Do not let them shrink or brown. Place in casserole. Pour on buttermilk mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 min.
