Low Carb Cheesecake!
Ingredients:
6 pks of Philly Cream Cheese (about 48g carbs)
6 eggs (0 carbs)
1 cup Splenda (about 10g carbs)
1 tbls Vanilla (0 carbs)
1 8oz Sour Cream
Optional:
2 tbls Nestle Quick "Sugar Free" Choclate (7 carbs)
Combine all ingredients until smooth. Bake at 350 for about an hour (1 pie) or 45 min if split into 2 pies. Bake in a water bath. Let cool, unmold.
58g carbs Plain
65g carbs Choclate
Works out to about 5g per slice (1 pie) or 3g per slice (2 pies)
