Zone Red Snapper Lemon Pepper

Low sodium dish

Ingredients:

2 tsp olive oil, salad or cooking

24 oz snapper, raw, mixed species

1/4 cup lemon juice, raw

1/4 cup parsley, raw

2 tsp Schilling lemon pepper seasoning, no salt



Recipe Directions:

1) Heat oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. 2) Season snapper with lemon pepper seasoning. 3) Saute snapper 3-4 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily. 4) Carefully move the fillets to a serving platter. 5) Remove any excess drippings from the pan. Add the lemon juice and heat. 6) Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. 7) Serve the lemon sauce over the fish.Notes: a) The red snapper should be four equal-sized fillets of approximately 6 oz each. cool.gif The parsley should be chopped finely. c) The lemon pepper seasoning specified contains no salt, you may modify the recipe to include salt if you wish.
