Teach Your Kids to Calm Down

Encourage them by doing this with them
( maybe were the ones that need calming down )

Refreshing the body
Close eyes and fill lungs with air and slowly release

Worry be-gone
"Give" worries to Jesus ~ put them in your hands and raise them to the sky.

Exercise activity
run, roll, dance, skip or jump to release the sadness or grumpiness

Laughing Medicine
Tickle and giggle, sit together and just be silly.

Listening with Love
talking about your day, understanding there feelings

Imagine
Angel relaxation dust has been sprinkled on them.~ imagine singing with the angels.
