Ok I have a question about new site can someone post under ~ off topic General discussion

Personnal Blog and then post things under there blog also can we add devotions and things from other authors ~ of course by permission and noting there name & site address if it comes from a site...???

This is a discussion site--posting someone else's work here (even with proper credits) really isn't appropriate here (or on CW, for that matter).

If you enjoy another author's work, the best way to share that is either to post your comments to the author's site, or link to their site from your own, personal website. I would suggest against copying/posting works, as (even with a link back) it could be considered copyright infringement.
