Has anyone ever had any experience with Rising Star Press or do you know anyone who has? I'm sending a proposal for a book to them. They are listed on page 161 of Sally Stuart's Christian Writers' Market Guide. I didn't do my homework before my first book was published and Iwas very disappointed with Publish America publishers and don't want that to happen again. Can anyone out there help me?
