Do you plan to make New Year resolutions for 2008?
Personally, I don't have a physical checklist, I have a mental list of a few things I'd like to accomplish and improvements I'd like to make.
Just curious how each of you feel about New Year resolutions. :)

Hey, Rebecca! Hope your Christmas was filled with wonder!
I feel the same as you do. I just posted on Tamera's thread, so sorry for the repetition but it answers your question.
I tried making resolutions a couple of times, many years ago. Didn't take! They fell by the wayside. So I don't make any. However, each new year, I try to do better in every area than the year closing. Gee...sounds like a resolution, doesn't it? LOL! Sometimes this sticks and sometimes it doesn't!!!
May you and your family have a new year filled with the abundance of your hearts' desires and may the Lord bless every moment of it for you!

I'm with you right now, Rebecca... no formal checklist, and like Lynn, I just posted on Tamera's thread...
But, with the number of things to accomplish next year, I'm going to have to create a list and put it everywhere--bathroom mirrors, kitchen refrigerator (we have 3 fridge's so this distinction is key!), in my pickup, etc. :)
I don't make new years resolutions as i know i will invaribaly not keep them. So saying taht i do try to do things better in the next year, but don't always do what i should. I hope that quite a few things will happen this year in my life.
One i want to become more intimate with God
two be a better wife,
three learn to be thankful and grateful for things
.....
There are many more.

I don't have any "particular" goals this year... just the usual generalities. ;) I want to be kinder, more patient, gentler, more merciful, more submissive to my God.
And it'd be nice if I ate all those vegetables I promised myself I'd eat last year. :rolleyes" :p

I gave up making New Year resolutions years ago cause I never seemed to remember to work on them. lol
That said, Lord willing, I'll get my art out there.
