Unlike novels, articles and stories; screenplays, songs and plays are more likely to be stolen. We want you to post your work here but please be forewarned that all works posted here are open to the public and not protected. I would suggest that if you want to showcase any screenplay (feature or short) or play (skit to full 3 act) that you first register it with the Writer's Guild of America (either east or west depending upon your location) and post the WGA registration number along with the script title.
WGA West (http://www.wga.org/)
WGA East (http://www.wgaeast.org/)
Most writers use WGA to protect their rights but as always, for correct legal advice, always consult an entertainment attorney.
If you have any questions concerning posting or the WGA, please post them in the Screenwriter's Forum.
There is a private forum for critique open to longer term members. More later on that.
