I’ve traded a ‘broken heart for his healing touch’ Luke 4:18

I’ve traded captivity for freedom in Christ for ‘he that the Son sets free is free indeed’ John 8:36
I’ve traded condemnation for ‘there is now therefore no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus’ Romans 8:1

I’ve traded darkness for his ‘glorious light’ 2 Corinthians 4:4
I’ve traded death for ‘the power of Christ’s resurrection’ Philippians 3:10
I’ve traded doubts for faith in Christ

I’ve traded evil thoughts for thoughts that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely and of good report and praise’ Philippians 4:8
I’ve traded ‘enticing words of mans wisdom’ for the ‘demonstration of the Spirit and of power’

I’ve traded the world and its riches and its temptations for a life filled with the salvation of Christ, the goodness of God and the fellowship of his Holy Spirit
