Want to meet Christian Writers

Hi there,

My name is Tim Russ and I am a writer who is a Christian. I am interested in developing a writing relationship with other serious writers who are Christians.

I primarily write novels but also write poetry, scripts and develop websites. I write a weekly 700 word column called Life Notes and have considered doing some newspaper writing as well.

I would like to meet some writers who are also Christians but who have a serious mindset toward professional publication. Writing is a lonely job sometimes and having a small group of folks to correspond with would be very nice.

Tim, I am a amatuer writer-not professional as yet. I would like
to be published, but have not been lead into this area as yet.
Took a look at your web site and a couple of articles. You have
some good topics on the site. I am currently waiting on the Lord
to restore my marriage. It has been a long struggle, but the Lord
is helping me stay in the warfare. For it is certain that we fight
against spiritual beings and not our flesh and blood. Satan is
out to get all he can get from us, but God has furnished us with
authority and power and a suit of armour to fight that warfare.

I AM ALSO A CHRISTIAN WRITER ALBEIT A BUDDING ONE. IT SI REALLY GOOD TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD DOING THE WORK OF OUR GOOD THROUGH THE ART OF WRITING. I LIVE IN NIGERIA WHERE THERE ISN'T MUCH ENCOURAGEMENY GIVEN TO PEOPLE LIKE US ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT PREFER TO WRITE PROSE FICTION. Anxious to publish, but published author's act like they signed a contract not to tell others how to follow them. Everyone I ask says to go to the library and study their book. Argh!
