We are starting a new Christian e-zine for teen girls and are in need of writers. Topics can include: friendship, prayer, relationships, fun tips and ideas, and anything else of interest to teen girls. We also accept short fiction, poetry and devotionals.

Nonfiction: around 500 words
Fiction: up to 1000 words
Poetry, rhyming and free verse: any length
Fun tips: articles, 500 words, tips: up to 300 words

We cannot pay, but will include your bio and url or contact information with any accepted work, if you wish.

Becky G, Would you be interested in an article about body-image?
Teenage girls are looking at themselves longer and harder in the mirror because of the pressures from pop culture, media and society. These pressures promote a negative body image. One that screams, " If you don't have the idea body type you will not get a guy, friends, popularity or noteriety!!!!" These pressures are responsible for eating disorders and deep deep depressions that somtimes lead to suicide.

However, negative feelings about body-image can be avoided.
