Tip for marketing self-published book

I was recently teaching some students and going over a paper about electronic media advertising and realized that I could use all aspects of the Internet and not come out of pocket.

This may be old news to some of you. I have used several marketing methods, but I also decided to make a mini movie and put it on YouTube to promote the book. It's corny, but I'm no Spielberg. Check it out if you get a chance. The link is beneath my signature.

If you do a search for "trailer" on this board, you'll find a thread that talks about how to make something like this. It's pretty easy, and you probably already have the tools you need on your computer.

Great, Elaine! :) As it happens, I just found out the book is going out of print. Long story there. So if you do want to buy the book, you probably should do so soon, before it becomes unavailable.
