Hello all,
Name's Allen...T.R. Allen. I stumbled across this site from ChristianBooks.com yesterday and thought I'd drop in to see what's up. Currently I stay at home and write Christian Fiction. My first book, Walking with Angels: Aural's Gift got published just this past June and I'm already hard at work on the sequel to be completed in the next few months.
Sooo...what's the word around here? :D
Wouldn't happen to be any writing circles or clubs I could squeeze into, would there?

Hi Angyl,
Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your book. Who's your publisher?

Angyl,
I'm pretty new here myself. Congradulations on your first novel! That's quite an accomplishment! God bless you, and again, welcome!

Angyl,
My apologies a hundred times over. Sometimes oops is not enough! Had I taken the time to read your profile I wouldn't have slighted you so greatly. Please forgive me.
I'm usually pretty good to take time before putting my two cents in. It is I who is the apprentice novelist and unpublished at that.
Welcome is greatly extended anyway. Keep us posted on your responses to the request for a co-author on the novel you've got brewing... I'm sure I'm not the only one extremely interested in the results! I would have responded myself, but I know I don't have the time or disclipline for such a commitment. I've never written with an outline either. (Except for my collection of poems.)
The challenge did get me to thinking though.
Anya carefully and quietly lifted herself up and out of her bedroom window. Her feet hit the ground running. She didn't look back...
The thought of toying with the occult was frightening to me. Now, Goth, I've researched that, and it was dark, but the powers of the evil there is nursery school compared to the REAL world witchery of the occult. Cover it in prayer!!!
God bless you Timothy.
Sincerely,
Audrey AKA Ladypreacher

Thanks for the welcome, all... Ladypreacher. How do you feel you slighted me? I don't see anything of the kind in your first post.
So far there've been no responses to my request for a co-author... I may have scared more than just you away with my demand for commitment :D. It can just be soooo incredibly frustrating to get into a project with someone else and have them peter out on you. I have that happening to me on a video game right now. Very annoying! Makes me wanna :p

Angyl,
No harm, no foul. Cool. I'm glad you didn't feel slighted.
Thanks,
