It's obvious that you have put a lot of work into the website over the last few months, and we appreciate it! I thank God for you!
I do have a couple of suggestions.
I have been impressed with your columnists, and want to read their new material regularly. Since they submit their work on different schedules, right now it seems that I have to go to each respective columnist's page to see each columnist's latest offering. What about including a section on your Home Page entitled "Regular Columnists", with a link to each columnist's latest posting? (You could also do this on http://4Believers.com/writers/Magazine/Regular_Columnists/)
Their postings may appear in the "Latest Submissions" section now, but since names are not posted, I can't tell. If you created a "Regular Columnists" section, then you wouldn't need to put their postings in "Latest Submissions. If you're worried about space, you could just include columnist's name, title and date of posting.
Also, regarding your Home Page, I would put the "Latest Submissions" higher on the page. ("Regular Columnists", too, if you take my suggestion.) Currently your first section, which is entitled "Welcome...", is really a directory for the website; it could go further down the page. Reorganizing the page as I've suggested would immediately entice me to click on something new, instead of seeing the same directory every time I go to your site. Unless I scroll down the first page, I am at least 2 clicks away from reading something new.
