I'm looking for some help. I'm helping a person market his writing and need a little help. Does anyone know if there are any insurance only agents and/or publishers in the Texas area?? Or would the best way to go be a literary agent??

I'm confused what you mean by "insurance only agents and/or publishers?" An insurance agent is completely different than a literary agent.
To market your work, it is helpful to have a literary agent. You can find a list of links to start you out at http://4Believers.com/writers/cgi-bin/odp/index.cgi?/Business/Industries/Publishing/Literary_Agents/.
In some cases, you can still market work by directly quering a publisher. You will need to do some research to find an appropriate publisher for your topic and format.
