Parables still needs a total of five high quality Contemporary (modern day) fiction short stories. We need two more Contemporary stories for the September/October issue. Please see our guidelines (http://www.parablesmag.com/guidelines.html) before submitting.
We also need three high quality biblical fiction short stories, or three humorous short stories for the November/December issue.

For the November December Issue, we have decided to accept genre combination shorts. Meaning if you have a Biblical romance, or a historical sci-fi (That would be interesting) we are looking for stories like that. Even something as simple as a romantic comedy. Also for our contemporary stories, we are especially interested in holiday themes. They are not required, but it would be nice to find a quality Christmas or Thanksgiving story.

Given that it is now late November, I would imagine that you would be looking for something for the Jan/Feb issues. Updates?

Also have some weird stuff with biblical truth.

Hmmm... how 'bout printing a chapter of my novel with each issue? Wanna read more? Get the next issue... ;)
