This sounds like an interesting opportunity (http://www.infuzemag.com/site/infuzecomics.html)--though I'd imagine the response will be overwhelming:
Introducing the Infuze Comics Program!
If you're an Artist, we're looking for you! If you're a Writer, we're looking for you, too! And we'll help pair you both up with an appropriate creative partner.
HOW IT WORKS
We believe there are tons of great artists and writers out there, just waiting for their big break. So we're going to do everything we can to help you achieve it. We'll pair up great writers with great artists, and help guide your creative collaborations together.
The comics created through this program will be branded with the "Infuze Comics" logo and published in the Original Comic Books section of Infuze Magazine. They may not be reproduced or published anywhere else online.
However, should the opportunity for print publishing of your work arise, not only is this allowed -- we'll be first in line to buy a copy when it comes out! Our purpose for this program is to give you an opportunity to further your career. We know that a number of comic book industry professionals visit Infuze Magazine frequently, so if they should happen to be wowed by your work... all the better!

RULES
• No existing, copyrighted characters or universes may be used. Fictional characters that are in the public domain, such as Alice (in Wonderland), are the only exception to this rule.
• Comics resulting from partnerships built using the Infuze Comics Program may not be published anywhere else on the Internet. For print publishing, just let us know your plans.
• We'd like to see a good mix of both ongoing comic series and single issue one-offs. If you're just getting started, it's strongly recommended that you start with a one-off, and then build up to something bigger.
• Details about the mechanics of the working relationship between artist and writer is left up to the two parties involved. Infuze Magazine does not take part in this process.
• Infuze Magazine is not interested in publishing "preachy" stories. See the Contributor's Guidelines for more about the kinds of stories we look for.
[...]
WRITERS
Contact Infuze Magazine with the following information:
• Your name & email address
• Your genre interests: Superheroes, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Real-World Drama, Humor, etc. (you may list more than one)
• A brief overview of one or more of your story ideas for the Comics Program. No more than one paragraph per idea, please.
• Are you capable of writing a true comic book script? We won't discriminate against those who can't, but we'd like to know about those who can.
