I know a guy who charges (I think) $150 for making websites. He's the one who taught me how to use photoshop to create a website. His latest website is http://www.covenant.cc

The best piece of advice I can give you is to charge by the hour. If you charge by the page or per site, you'll find many clients will take major advantage and/or nit-pick you to death. I could tell you numerous horror stories about clients trying to cram fifteen pages worth of information on one page, just to avoid paying a fair price... but I digress. hehe..

Most designers I know charge between $35-55 an hour. That figure varies on the type of work that needs to be done and the level of experience the designer has. If you're looking for work quick, you could ask for less. I would try posting on small business sites. And definitely get the deal in writing, to protect both you and your clients.

Hope this helps! :)

Agapesharing.com, would someone take a look at it and tell me what you think of it? It was in expensive, just wanted to get my feet wet as such. Before launching out into the deep. Need someone to do a letterhead for Agape Sharing Center with Roman lettering. Is there anyone that might do this? I have the camera ready logo. If this reach anyone, I hope to hear from you. Thank you for a reply. Agape
